Sale above £1,000,000 – 0.13% of the agreed sale price plus VAT
Property Purchase Fees
Purchase up to £1,000,000 – £1,395 plus VAT
Purchase above £1,000,000 – 0.14% of the agreed purchase price plus VAT
Acting for any Mortgage Lender £100 plus VAT
